Refund policy

Personalized and made-to-order items

Photo blankets, pillows, ornaments, sweatshirts, calendars, phone cases, totes, stockings, woven blankets and gift boxes are made just for you after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a size or color you picked, or the photo you uploaded and approved in the preview.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email support@thedailycart.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send it back unless we ask.

Slippers and other ready-made items

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Email support@thedailycart.store with your order number. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

12-month warranty (RoadSpark jump starter)

If your RoadSpark stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, email support@thedailycart.store with your order number and a short description, photo, or video of the problem. Once we confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or use on vehicles outside the rated range (12V systems, gas engines up to 6.0L, diesel up to 5.0L).

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancellations

Personalized items go into production quickly. Email us within 24 hours of ordering to change or cancel. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
